As the mother of two, with a full-time job, I know what it means to be scrambling for some extra time, and that's why I have created this site - to make things easier for you! I have sifted and sorted through tons of web sites, books and videos, and collected the best of what I've found right here!

When I adopted this lifestyle, I lost 45 pounds, got rid of some chronic pain and found that I wasn't getting sick very often. So many benefits! But it took a lot of time and effort.
There was so much to learn about and for awhile I felt that just when I was finding something that worked, I'd read something new and learn that maybe my choice wasn't so healthy. Let's face it - there is an enormous amount of information and research about vegan lifestyles out there, and it can get pretty overwhelmng!
With the help of my fabulous hubby, I began to find shortcuts, quick recipes, easier lifestyle solutions, and reliable vendors that helped me to stay on track with my lifestyle choice, be available to help with homework, and get to work on time!
