Thank you so much for your prompt reply!

It is indeed very interesting to learn, that the human digestive tract is actually being stressed out and forced to produce a multiple amount of enzymes to be able to metabolize meat and other animal protein based foods.
I will definitely try those alternative Vit.B12 sources you suggested, although the thought of eating seaweed puts me off somewhat :)
