Green Organics is a fabulous choice for all natural makeup because their products are largely organic and vegan. They have brought together an impressive collection of organic beauty and skin care lines with an array of products to fit every skin type.

Although they don't sell their own line, the companies whose products they promote have been carefully scrutinized to meet their quality standards.

Green Organics Lipstick Lipstick and Lip Gloss

Although Nvey Eco Organic Lipstick and Lip Gloss do contain beeswax, they do not contain carmine - made from grinding up red beetles - in their color bases. Moisturizing ingredients include Safflower Oil, Castor Oil, Jojoba Oil, Candelilla Wax, and Natural Vitamin E for radiant, natural, and healthy color!

Suki Colour Pure Cream Stain for Lips and Cheeks also contains beeswax and Suki's all natural makeup indgredients include shea butter, organic rose hip seed oil, organic jojoba seed oil, and pure rose wax. Suki's products are high end and are more expensive because they use extremely pure ingredients.

Why so expensive? Unfortunately, organics is still the exception rather than the rule and these products, just like organic food, are much more costly to produce than conventional cosmetics. Sadly, chemicals in cosmetics are much cheaper to mass produce than are the pure and nourishing ingredients in this all natural makeup.

All the Green Organics products are chemical-free and are shipped in biodegradable packaging. Green Organics actively encourages its manufacturers to use nature-safe processes to create truly healthy cosmetics.

Most of their products go beyond just containing organic ingredients and have been certified organic. This means that they have been held to a very high standard and have been found acceptable. Green Organics has 12 accredidation organizations certifying its products as organic and carbon-neutral. These organizations include Quality Assurance International, EcoCert, Organic Federation of Australia and the USDA. It's actually a pretty impressive list!

An interesting note for those vegans who are on the fence about honey - Green Organics makes a point of stipulating that beeswax is the only non-vegan ingredient they use in their all natural makeup, and that no bees are harmed during the manufacturing process.
