pH Balance in the Body
pH balance in the body is critical for good health. Unfortunately the American diet does not promote ideal body ph because it is not high enough in alkaline foods.
What type of sweetener (other than white sugar) would you use for an oil and balsamic vinegar dressing for a white bean salad? I would use Stevia.
